I just happened to be in town and was attracted to the building. I was thoroughly impressed. It’s a fantastic renovation of an existing building that housed the Shipley bakery. I relaxed while sipping the fantastic coffee that some locals recommended. A panini sandwich was also perfect. The atmosphere is something you have to experience. You feel like you’re right there in the Shipleys bakery with all the memorabilia and machines around you. The seating area is perfectly done. Love the high ceilings and industrial look.

Our homeschool co-op was able to tour the bakery this morning and sampled and purchased some of their baked goods. Their fresh bagels are AMAZING! We also enjoyed their delicious Apple Fritters and Raspberry Cream pastry. They truly bake fresh, using their own recipes and try to keep as clean as possible (no seed oils and minimal artificial flavors/colors). I accidentally called the wrong one to get a estimate on a different job.The owner of Mr.Fix-it came out to give me a quote upon realizing my mistake I felt so embarrassed but he laughed it off as it has happened several times because of the similarity of the business names.My point is that after talking to the owner of Mr Fix-it I feel he would also be a good choice to contact for construction needs!!His attitude and demeanor said a lot about his personality and that to me says alot abo
