The technician was polite, and he was able to find the issue and fix the problem by removing a small plastic tip that came off one of the racks that got lodged in the drain motor. Since we don’t have an air gap fitting, I did have to reposition the drain hose myself to create a high loop to prevent backflow.ServicesDishwasher repair
