I had the pleasure of Trager Construction perform a complete remodel of my home, to include widening all the door ways from 24" to 36" to accommodate the VA's requirement for ADA, a complete bathroom renovation which required a new vanity, roll in shower, Quarts counter tops, new hard wide flooring new raised toilet. This bath room was so small it required the bearing wall to be moved over 30" in order to make the bath room large enough to fit the new shower and vanity. No problem 8 hours later I had a new bearing wall. They replaced the carpet in the master bedroom as well as new sheet rock and paint through out. They put in a new had rail for my stair's in the garage, side door and back patio. They had installed a wheel chair left in my garage as well as remodeling the attic storage area to accommodate a new stair way. . I'm 100% disabled American Veteran. Chris Trager has a highly professional, extremely knowledgeable crew of workers. They were here for 7 weeks, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 5

Theu intalled new gutters as well. Then a year later we had them come back and redo our kitchen. They are a very professional group that you can trust. I would use them again. From the very start, Chance was incredibly responsive—he’d answer emails, call back right away, or send a quick text whenever I had questions. He helped me figure out the right dimensions for things like garage doors, and he provided industry insights that really added value to the project.What stood out the most was that Chance wasn’t just a salesperson—he was very knowledgeable about the actual construction process. We could go back and forth with pictures, and he’d give advice on what tweaks were worth making now and what to plan for in the future. He was honest about what I didn’t need to worry about immediately and extremely helpful throughout the entire build process. I picked up my shirts and they were nicely cleaned, pressed, on hangers, and in plastic bags. The same friendly lady was there.The location is clean and organized.
