When I walk in the bakery is like a taste of heaven…the smell is sooo good! The baked goods are very fresh and the taste is wonderful. My kids love the donuts, which are very original as they use the croissant crust…outstanding! Their sourdough has an incredible flavor and a strong sourdough flavor. I love this place! Sweet people, skilled bakers, delicious food. You can easily tell everything is fresh and hand made. I highly recommend the sourdough bread and their pizza. (The pizza was so good I forgot to take a picture.😋)

The “halos” are among the best I’ve had in the country. I wish @daveportnoy would review their pizza but they do use sourdough for the pizza. Definitely worth the trip out there. The Apple fritters are the exact perfect proportion of crunch to “cakiness” and they actually have real apple pieces in there that they use for their apple pies. This place is next level. The staff is ridiculously kind as well.

Great little hometown bakery. Try the Halo donuts! Only way to describe them is a cross between a croissant and regular donut.You can also get lunch there. Pizza and sandwiches. I have loved everything I've tried at Harvest Moon, and after three years of eating their delicious baked goods, I'm going to miss being able to grab one of the amazing halo doughnuts or a croissant. Best breakfast I've ever had. Amazing food, great prices, good atmosphere. When i walked in i was impressed with the decor and layout, when looking at the menu i was initially disappointed in the lack of variety when it comes to sandwiches and non-dessert items, but what they do have is phenomenal. You can really tell that the food is made with love and effort. I had a danish and the avocado toast, both were delicious beyond my expectations. I wish i had left a bigger tip, because it was really that good! The BEST donuts (halos) in Fort Smith. They are perfection, Heaven in donut form. The employees are always super friendly. The donut holes, coffee, bread, and quiche are also amazing, I've never had anything here I didn't love. The price does tend to be a little more on the pricey side, but it is 1000% worth every penny. Also they have discounted day-old donuts and such. The employees are consistently kind, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The sweet girl who works there often (I don’t remember her name, but she’s wonderful!) is always so warm and cheerful every time we stop in. On our last visit she even surprised us with a pecan tart on the house — such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it meant a lot to us.Everything here is good, truly. Our homeschool co-op was able to tour the bakery this morning and sampled and purchased some of their baked goods. Their fresh bagels are AMAZING! We also enjoyed their delicious Apple Fritters and Raspberry Cream pastry. They truly bake fresh, using their own recipes and try to keep as clean as possible (no seed oils and minimal artificial flavors/colors).
