I stripped a screw smooth on my brand new motherboard specifically the cpu cooler backplate screw so I took my pc here and Tony got the screw out the next day. I decided to have him install the rest of my new PC parts and it turned out so pretty and super neat cord management. I now have a cool flashy PC thanks to Tony😎 Everyone working was friendly and very welcoming, and I will be coming back for future repairs/builds 🙂!! I stopped in a couple times with questions regarding what to do with a couple of my older computers; upgrade, combine or sell and purchase a new mini computer loaded at a great price on sale at a big box store. Employee took the time to discuss my situation and made the recommendation to buy the new computer and sell my two older ones. If you go to this business you are going to get the best advice and service that benefits YOU even at their expense of them not making money and advising that someone else's deal is too good to pass up. Went in to get a USB to install WiFi drivers on my pc. Walked out with an Ethernet cable and detailed instructions on how to set it up(first pc).
