I honestly don't believe I've ever had a better experience dealing with a parts department. Plenty of them are fine, but Ron Howard went so far out of his way to help me that I'm just blown away. Bear in mind, I'm not purchasing $50,000 worth of parts here, this is $100 piece and run treated me like I was the most important customer he ever had. Fantastic experience wish I could say something even more!

They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it running like new — it now starts on the first pull and cuts better than ever. The turnaround time was fast too!I highly recommend them for any small engine repairs!

There's definitely sticker-shock when coming from $5.50/two-load wash/dry in the country, but I had never derived this amount of joy from doing my own laundry.
