Norwood Day does a fabulous job on the day to day arrangements I order for the boss for birthdays and such. And their delivery service is excellent. Still I was unprepared for the sheer gorgeousness of an anniversary event they did. The arrangements were stunning and the room smelled heavenly. They pay attention to detail and create symphonies of color. I can recommend them very highly.

I honestly don't believe I've ever had a better experience dealing with a parts department. Plenty of them are fine, but Ron Howard went so far out of his way to help me that I'm just blown away. Bear in mind, I'm not purchasing $50,000 worth of parts here, this is $100 piece and run treated me like I was the most important customer he ever had. Fantastic experience wish I could say something even more!
