Since 1927, Riggs Cat has served the state of Arkansas as the Caterpillar Equipment, Cat Parts, and Service provider. Our business is family-owned and employs roughly four hundred and fifty Arkansans, one hundred of whom have been with the company for over twenty years. We have nine locations around the state and over 60 parts drop boxes to accommodate our overnight parts delivery service, making it easy to find Cat Parts in Arkansas when you need them. We invest heavily in our communities and constantly look for more ways to give back. Recently Kawasaki moved in with them. Staff is great and helpful. The service manager goes above and beyond to help his customers. Would have given 5 stars but another service employee just seemed to not care about the work and had to bring my bike back more than once. Still the issue was resolved.

Thanks to Chad C.Is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with.For making this transaction over the phone from 1300 miles away, so convenient and with such ease, Chad even took the time on his day off to Answer questions and took my phone calls, He lined up the transportation and got my excavator shipped out at lightning speed!THANKS Chad!!!

I honestly don't believe I've ever had a better experience dealing with a parts department. Plenty of them are fine, but Ron Howard went so far out of his way to help me that I'm just blown away. Bear in mind, I'm not purchasing $50,000 worth of parts here, this is $100 piece and run treated me like I was the most important customer he ever had. Fantastic experience wish I could say something even more!
