About this role

We are partnering with a growing private equity fund with offices in New York and Westchester who is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support their CEO. This role blends high-level executive support with personal assistance responsibilities and is ideal for a polished, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and can manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.

This person needs to have a 24/7 mindset and will be on call after normal business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support related to personal financial and healthcare matters, including bill processing and reimbursements
  • Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling, and administrative priorities for the Executive Vice Chairman / General Counsel
  • Assist with oversight and coordination of household-related vendors and services
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international business travel
  • Track critical personal documents and ensure timely renewal (e.g., passports, licenses, registrations, insurance, Global Entry)
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with senior internal partners and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate personal and family travel, including preparation of detailed itineraries
  • Track, prepare, and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • 5 years of both personal and administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong professional presence with excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively anticipate needs
  • Comfortable navigating both executive and personal support
