About this role

The Learning & Coaching team at Schwab is focused on empowering Branch and sales professionals to provide modern wealth management through exceptional learning and coaching experiences. The role involves designing strategies, managing initiatives, and communicating effectively to enhance client relationships and improve sales professional performance.

Responsibilities

  • Designing end-to-end strategies for learning and coaching across the Branch Network
  • Providing strategic project leadership for key initiatives, including project management and stakeholder communication
  • Influencing through executive storytelling and communications to align on decisions and priorities
  • Managing intake processes to align priorities and resources effectively

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in strategy, communications, project management, sales operations, or client experience roles preferred
  • Structured problem-solving abilities and decision support skills
  • Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Financial Services industry experience is preferred
  • Adaptability, bias for action, and relationship-building expertise
  • Experience in planning and executing large, complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience
