I have one very energetic boy named Fred who goes to D’TAils twice a week for playtime. He absolutely loves going there and nudges me on the days he just knows is his day! The staff is awesome. The building is always clean and not smelly. I also have an older poodle who is groomed there and they do great job with her. And of course, they are my go to place for boarding when I go out out of town for a few days.

Don't let the location detour you from checking this place out. It's Veteran owned and the staff is VERY helpful. They do training, they do grooming, they do boarding. From the minute you walk in your greeted. My only complaint. The treats they gave our Emma they were sold out of. Yes you could buy some of what they sell on line but shopping from a local owner and knowing right away if the item you purchased will work avoids a return. Urban K9 was clean and I promise you won't regret dropping in.

I can’t say enough great things about this office! I recently had two fillings done, and the entire experience was so smooth and comfortable. The dentist was incredibly patient, understanding, and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind, which really helped calm my nerves. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It’s such a relief to find a dentist who truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

The multi-front alerts to appointments (multiple texts and email), and accommodations to look for earlier openings for my wife and I - terrific. The competency of the dental hygienists - epitome of cleaning excellence and with advice to brush/clean my teeth. The top-shelf ability of Dr. Clepper to diagnose and treat - the same frickin day! - a crown for a vulnerable tooth was outstanding. I ordered the Pulled Pork Stuffed Shells family meal and it was easily one of the most delicious meals I've ever had! The seasoned pork had a very authentic bbq flavor to it, and paired with the pasta shells - it's a combination I couldn't have made myself! The family meal was plenty of food to feed my family of six and we had leftovers at a very affordable price. You truly cannot get a better deal or quality in Augusta. I spent hours in his shop, stressed, venting, grieving files I’ll never see again — and instead of rushing me, he walked me through my options with honesty, superb hospitality, and care.
