I literally fried my computer with a water bottle in laptop bag. I lost everything. All. My. Data. I spent hours in his shop, stressed, venting, grieving files I’ll never see again — and instead of rushing me, he walked me through my options with honesty, superb hospitality, and care. I was prepared to begrudgingly drop $1,500 on a new laptop. I walked out with a refurbished laptop for $250 thinking it was my best and fastest option at the time. I said it was just temporary. Fast forward three months later — aside from missing the convenience of all my old files I honestly can’t tell the difference. Jay didn’t just fix my problem — he saved me time, money, and unnecessary stress.
