Over the past two years, ROAM LA has become like a home to me. The space itself is warm and calming, and feels more like an intimate place of true practice than a sterile corporate studio. I’ve taken classes with six of the instructors, and found them all to be excellent - with a deep and thorough understanding of anatomy and sequencing, and each with their own brand of unique and supportive energy. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a true home studio on the East Side.

Hot 8 Yoga is next level 🔥 The variety of workouts is incredible—each class challenges you in different ways, so it never gets boring and you’re always pushed to grow. The rooms are seriously hot (in the best way), making every session an intense, detoxifying sweat. The upbeat music keeps the energy high, and the front desk staff and instructors are so welcoming, friendly, and motivating. You can really feel the positive vibe as soon as you walk in. Well organized and everyone is very very friendly. There was a long wait in the waiting room for many people but those were different doctors and not my reason for being there and they were only about 5 minutes late on my appointment time. Erica, the technician was very nice.It would have been nice if there were hand sanitizers available for everyone. There were at least two dozen people in the waiting room and only one mask. Masks should be available and offered to people.

She is always so kind, calm, and welcoming, even during the most stressful visits. Practice Manager Ariel took the time to give me a tour of the space and was so loving and generous with her time. Thank you, Ariel! Every single vet tech, such as Casey, have taken care of us like our dogs are the most important celebrity dogs. Thank you for treating our babies with so much love, both us the parents and our pups feel the loving energy you carry every time.Every vet we’ve seen has been incredible.
