Great hot class. Micha is my favorite instructor at this studio. She has the best music and flow and the only class that flows so seamlessly with so much energy. My only complaint is the studio doesn’t have a full mic system and the audio is sometimes challenging.

The heat in these classes is absolutely transformative. Some of the instructors are too sing songy for me when I desire calming grounding energy but overall this is such a great place with so many convenient locations that you can pop in all across the city. It makes hot yoga very accessible in La.ServicesGroup lessons

Hot 8 Yoga is next level 🔥 The variety of workouts is incredible—each class challenges you in different ways, so it never gets boring and you’re always pushed to grow. The rooms are seriously hot (in the best way), making every session an intense, detoxifying sweat. The upbeat music keeps the energy high, and the front desk staff and instructors are so welcoming, friendly, and motivating. You can really feel the positive vibe as soon as you walk in. You leave every class feeling accomplished, strong, and absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!ServicesGroup lessons
