The dentist explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and gave helpful tips without making me feel rushed. I have had food from Fasanos Catering from my place of employment and every single time they seriously do not disappoint. The food is phenomenal. They have a great variety of delicious food such as pasta, meatballs, and veggies. Their steak tips are so delicious and cooked to perfection all the time. Their seasoned boiled potatoes are also delicious. It always makes me happy when our company orders from them as I know that they will deliver delicious food. I always make sure to take home leftovers to have more later. Highly recommend to other companies hosting parties and other events to order from here. You WON'T be disappointed.

We truly cannot say enough good things about this catering team. From start to finish, they were incredibly flexible, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with — which alone would’ve made them a great choice. But the food? Unreal.
We chose to do family-style service, which is more unique and definitely not the easiest format — and they absolutely crushed it. Everything came out hot, perfectly timed, and beautifully presented, all while keeping the flow of the night seamless.
Never in my life have I been to a wedding and left talking about the food… and yet almost six months later, it is still the first thing people bring up when they talk about our wedding. The lobster rolls, the sliders, the mashed potatoes, the meats — every single bite was outstanding. Nothing felt like “typical wedding food.” It was genuinely so delicious! We also opted to do an ice cream sundae bar for dessert and it was the perfect summer wedding treat!

They even incorporated bespoke, off-menu items we requested to make our celebration feel uniquely ours. During cocktail hour, the servers went above and beyond to ensure every guest had the chance to try each offering. We used Fireside Catering for our wedding at the Crane Estate and it was the most magical day. Maura was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed on the day of our wedding. The food options were vast and our selections turned out SO good. I can’t rave enough about the staff. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the food, drinks and service were. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had attended and so much of that is thanks to Fireside Catering!

Rented the Moose Hall and had Henrys catering for the food. I could not be happier. I come from a large family in girth and numbers. Their food did not disappoint. Everyone left full and had take-home leftovers. It never happens with my family. We eat. The bartender was amiable and the hall was very clean.

Juliana’s catered a reception following my father’s memorial service and the luncheon was absolute perfection. Nick was extremely helpful in planning the menu, providing many options, and creating a gluten-free hot menu with three entrees and many sides. Kristin, the event coordinator, and her staff arrived on time and totally transformed the parish hall into a warm, lovely venue with linens, flowers, buffet and additional stations with fruit, cheese, and cookies. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and enjoyed by all the guests. Juliana’s created a setting that was perfect for mingling and sharing memories. The staff effortlessly ran the event and then cleaned up and left the church kitchen pristine. Juliana’s helped bring happiness and joy to an otherwise sad event.
