Had a PC's drive corrupt and due to an issue I don't really understand the backup drive wasn't executing windows login properly and I had reached the limit of my computer experience and knowledge. Left my PC there while they investigated the issue, they were able to get to and backup the files I had zero success in getting to on my own. Very pleased and happy with the results, felt the pricing was well worth it. As splendid and great as the experience went, I hope to not have to make use of the services again but at least I'll know exactly where to go.

A&O is the best place in Aurora to repair laptops! I had a simple dent in my laptop's frame that could have cost around $400 to $600 to replace at a big tech store. At A&O, it was nearly half that price! Adrian and Joel were very kind and transparent about the initial cost of replacing the dented frame. In the end, because it was a metal frame they managed to reshape the dent nearly seamlessly and even refunded me for the unnecessary replacement frame. This was done in a day. Overall, I am pleased with the repair!

Adrian at A&O was great. He had a very long fight with a laptop I brought in which would power on the fans but not the screen. He probably spent hours diagnosing and ultimately decided the motherboard was bad. He ordered a new one and once it arrived, he was able to better diagnose the issue. He actually was able to make the original motherboard function and didn't charge me for the new parts. I ended up paying less than his original quote when he could have very easily just put in the new parts and charged me much more and I would've never known the difference. Great communication, great pricing, and stuck with a challenging project until it was done. Highly recommend and I wouldn't even consider a big box repair joint after working with Adrian.

My son's PC caught a virus & crashed during an update. These guys were able to fix/clone to a newer hard drive within a couple days. They work fast at a very reasonable price. Would definitely go to them again

I was panicking when the keyboard of my laptop failed. Online I found these gentlemen and I am impressed of their service. Consistent communication via email and phone call. They had calculated a 3 day turn around but they called me directly and said the problem was resolved and was not as severe like it was suspected. They had it ready the next day!
