We always love stopping by the Denver Premium Outlets. The layout is open, clean, and easy to walk, and the selection of stores is great. I was especially happy to see Bumble and Bumble products in stock at the salon/beauty store — they had a great selection and the staff was helpful without being pushy.The boys grabbed food from the food hall and everything came out hot, fresh, and so good. Charley’s wings and fries hit the spot, and the pizza was a win too (which is saying something with kids!).We browsed, snacked, and just enjoyed a laid-back afternoon together. It’s a great place to shop, stretch your legs, and make a little day out of it. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the Denver area.

I came in for a couple gifts for family and had such a fun time personally shopping through. The gift shop is located in the Pavillions mall on the second floor towards the back. Their whole selection went above and beyond my expectations honestly. I got 2 coasters, and a magnet, and the cashier kindly wrapped up seperately for me.I don’t usually shop for souvenir/gift stuff because I travel too much to collect, but every now and then I pass through shops but I haven’t seen such a good gift shop in a while. Section are super organized and they’ve got magnets, stickers, games, hats, mugs, books, board games, coasters, and way more. Side note, if you purchase anything from any stores, the clerk should point out on your reciept the code to enter the bathroom.

This place is awesome! Their equipment selection and pricing is great, and they are very friendly! They take their time to make sure you know how to use the equipment when you come to pick it up or when they drop it off for you. Their customer service is amazing as well! If you call them when they are open they will always answer the phone and be happy to answer any questions you have. One time, we rented a dingo loader from them for over the weekend (they aren't open saturday or Sunday but you can pick up equipment on friday and return it monday). The dingo started leaking hydraulic fluid on Saturday so we let them know. Monday morning at about 7:30 AM they showed up with a trailer, dropped off a new dingo, and took the old one away. It showed they really cared about the customer experience and want to make your rental experience as good as possible. I would highly recommend supporting this place with your business!!!

Of all my years living in Aurora, close to this place, I had no idea what it was. A friend of mine suggested refilling my propane tanks here, as it was affordable. He was right. The guy in front was friendly, but when I went to the gate to get my tank filled, I said "Hi, how are you to the guy" and he straight up ignored me. When he finished, he just set my tank on the ground and said nothing. I hope he was just having an off day, we all have them, versus that being his personality. He didn't ruin my day or anything, but customer service goes a long way in my opinion - especially as a small business owner myself. Nonetheless, I will definitely return to this place to get my tanks refilled when needed, and will look into more of the inventory they carry in case I need to rent something... In addition to recommending it to family and friends!

The guys at the counter and in the yard that helped get us hooked up and ready to roll!! Pickup and dropping off was simple!! Would rent equipment from them anytime and next time we are in need. JT Frantz and the rest of the United team did a fantastic job for us over here at Foxfire Development, on a very challenging project in Floyd Hill Colorado at 9000 feet elevation. Before working with United, we had 2 crane companies and heavy freight delivery service that rejected the project quote because they said ‘driveway and roads are too narrow and too steep.’ The decision was made to do it in-house with our team. So we reached out to United Rental. They found a us perfectly sized JCB rough terrain Telehandler with the correct attachments that could pick up this 14,000 pound traffic rated septic system, transport it up an 18% sloped driveway and set it in its newly constructed pit. It was incredible how United worked with us on 4 different weather delays and even delivered it slightly early on the small window we had before the next snowfall.
