One of the only places in the Douglas County area or close by that was willing to order a relatively new and unknown special part from Stihl. Was up front on timing. Got here quicker than normal, and they constantly kept me informed. Picking up was extremely fast and easy. Service Techs were awesome and explained how to change attachments. Definitely renting from here in the future. This had to be the easiest and most service oriented rental experience I've ever had.

Customer service is top notch! Jake set me up with a core drill and walked me through the " how to" with the drill and set expectations on how long it would take to drill a hole in an 8" concrete wall. My project was completed, the drill and core bit were the right tools, and the rental process was quick. Couldn't be more pleased with this company. This will be first place I go for equipment rentals!

This place is awesome! Their equipment selection and pricing is great, and they are very friendly! They take their time to make sure you know how to use the equipment when you come to pick it up or when they drop it off for you. Their customer service is amazing as well! If you call them when they are open they will always answer the phone and be happy to answer any questions you have. One time, we rented a dingo loader from them for over the weekend (they aren't open saturday or Sunday but you can pick up equipment on friday and return it monday). The dingo started leaking hydraulic fluid on Saturday so we let them know. Monday morning at about 7:30 AM they showed up with a trailer, dropped off a new dingo, and took the old one away. It showed they really cared about the customer experience and want to make your rental experience as good as possible. I would highly recommend supporting this place with your business!!!
