Machines are in good working order, as well as the change machines. Free WiFi, free driers on Tu, W, Th. And the owner really cares about customers having a good experience here. They also offer laundry services.

The guys who run this place are exceptionally knowledgeable, possess the right mix of experience and professionalism... with outstanding customer service and an unbelievable selection of specialty and more difficult to find yet commonly used hardware of all kinds. I really appreciate these guys and this is an excellent resource for my business. I wish I would have just found them much sooner... But better late than never right? :-)

Excellent service! Drove from 50 minutes away, and arrived within 1 hr of reaching out. Knowledgeable, professional, affordable, and very very punctual. Got me completely out of a jam, and his customer service was excellent the entire time he was extricating me from my locked out of house situation. I hope you never need a locksmith service, but if you do-Mr. Speedy is the way to go!

John's Lock and Key were phenomenal! The ignition cylinder locked on my teenager's 2009 and they were able to help get us moving again. They didn't immediately try to go for the "expensive" fix but after walking me thru what to try to no luck they worked quickly to find the part and get it going. They were very professional. Communicated well and was very easy to work with. I've gone there before the little things and they always were nice. This confirmed if I need any help with locks I know where I am going.

Darin, Crystal, and Jayna were amazing to work with after my son was seriously injured by a drunk driver. It was a very emotional and difficult time for me and my son and they were so soft and gentle. They listened and had so much empathy and really made us feel important. They put their all into my son’s case and went above and beyond for him. It really made a horrible experience so much easier to navigate.
