Copied keys with one of the machines. It worked as expected. I was surprised the keys are light, maybe aluminum? The keys worked first time. I would like the choice of an aluminum key blank vs heavier metal in the machine. I may have missed it saying it was a light key, but would have chose differently. Still good.

great service. Had a small glitch on the kiosk, which wasnt a big deal to me, but i mentioned in a survey email they send me and within a few minutes a refund was processed for the missing key. Didnt expect that, especially on a saturday afternoon. Absolutely great service.

I had some keys made prior to this one that had to be mailed to me. One did not work in the lock. Everyone that was made at the machine at the time has worked and I really enjoy the service. However, I had no idea what to do about the one that didn’t work. That was frustrating. My takeaway is that I shouldn’t have the key made if it has to be shipped to me. Let me know if I am missing some simple instructions about returning miss cut keys. Thanks much

I paid the extra $1.99 for the smoother more accurate cut and the keys that were cut looked nothing like the original but they work better and is way smoother in the lock
