We love Lucky's almost as much as our dog does! The free roam dog grooming is great and we take comfort in the fact that our dog is treated well and not in a cage while she is there. They always can work in my fur baby into the schedule and always fix anything I need them too. My dog gets very excited when we pull up and is ready to hop out of the car as soon as the door opens. I have to put her favorite toy in the car so she wants to home because she has so much fun when she’s there🐘I find that their prices are fair compared to the market. I pull up and they come out. This would be a great groomer for anyone with limited mobility with their curbside pick up. Prime location right off of line ave. Give them a try if you’re in the market for a new groomer. I have been going here for a couple of years. They do good work. They listen to my instructions and have also taken my pup back to make additional snips I wanted for his face upon picking him up. I like that my dog is able to roam around and play outside after haircuts ( I don't mind my Brownie to play outside& inside after getting groomed, but you have to tell them this because they will not let them outside to play if they just had a shampoo and cut.) The staff has been always nice and considerate when I have additional requests. I live 3 hours away, and I still try to make an effort to drop my pup off here for a cut when I pass through. The groomers here are so friendly and seem to really love their job. They don't kennel the pooches unless they are forced into it. So as long as your baby is friendly they can stay out and play with other friendly pooches! Our girl was smelling so GOOD!! We definitely highly recommend Luckys!!!!! Love this grooming place! They’re quick, efficient, and trustworthy. I feel at ease leaving my dog in their care. The workers are friendly, kind, and seem to genuinely care about the dogs. My girl always comes out looking perfect! People are constantly complimenting her cut and asking where I take her. Tip: go ahead and book your next appointment when you pick up your dog so you’re not stuck waiting—they stay busy for a reason! 10/10 recommend! Love this grooming place!
