I’ve been going to Alpha Bike Shop—and specifically to Andres—for over two years. I’m extremely selective (former competitive cyclist and cycling coach), and after moving down from New England five years ago, I struggled to find a mechanic who truly knew their craft and was consistent.I tried multiple shops in the area. The bigger ones had poor communication, high prices, long turnaround times, did work without approval, never offered options, and often didn’t even notify me when my bike was ready.Andres has been the complete opposite.
