He helped me determine the best course for me with no pressure to buy anything. It’s always obvious best experts and best products sell themselves without any effort and that was the case with Miami Beach Bike but Charles made the difference. He helped me figure out how to donate my bike, make the right purchase decision and within 30 minutes I had a basket, bell, lights, lock, and air pump mounted and ready to go. Love my new Towney. Also Charles showed me how to register my bike with police. Stellar service.

I always stop here to put air in my road bike tires. This past week I lost a screw on my toe clip. Stopped in & Alex went above & beyond to see if they had a loose one around since these screws are not sold individually. He found one, put it on for me. Without asking he also checked my other toe clip screws & tightened them up. Awesome friendly & quick service.

I appreciate My Bro, Chuck, and the entire MB Bicycle Center team, for taking care of wifey and I! I stopped by first and bought a used bike that was and is still in excellent condition. A week later they took care of my girl. Chuck allowed us to test drive new and used bikes and to get a feel for which was best for us! He didn’t try to oversell us on accessories (when he probably could’ve because I was excited to get on the road) and recommended what made sense for the type of riding I’d be doing. It’s the little things that make a big difference, like them allowing us to come by and use the air pump when we we like and making sure that our bikes remain in great shape! The best place in South Beach for bicycle and e-bike repairs! I’ve taken mine here over four times to fix different things, like replacing a full wheel, changing brake pads, or for a general check-up, and they are truly efficient.I want to highlight the excellent service from Charles & Alex—they’re very helpful and also speak Spanish.I live in Downtown, but I keep coming back here. It’s more expensive than other places, but it’s absolutely worth it!
