This famous bakery serves the most delicious malasadas! This little spot has been around since 1952 and has never changed its method of making their incredible Portuguese style donuts. Even if the line seems long, it moves quickly and is worth trying if it’s you’re first time in Honolulu. We tried the custard, chocolate, coconut, and guava fillings. My favorites were the custard and guava, but all the donuts were fried to perfection and filled with creamy goodness. Definitely do not miss Leonard’s during your stay in Oahu!

My sister who lives in Hawaii raved about this place so we went to pick to some pastries.
So many options and everything looked delicious.
Cream puffs, eclair, danish and other pastries were good. It was at the end of the day, so maybe it was not as fresh as morning time.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and price seems reasonable and place was inviting.
Next time we will definitely check out other food and pastries.

Reviews showed higher for good reason. We found a seat at the diner counter, as there are no tables. My wife and I enjoyed perhaps the best Mahi Mahi sandwich we've ever had. Fish was perfectly grilled, sandwich stuffed with lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, great sauce with pickles on the side. Almost melted in my mouth. Also got the chicken teriyaki sticks. They were also excellent.

Knard was our sales representative and he was just great. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable on many makes and models. He was honest too. He steered us toward makes and models that were easier to service and maintain on island because that was important to us. He was extremely patient because we wanted a jeep, but after a couple test drives, we decided it wasn't the best fit for us. He let us try multiple different SUVs in inventory and we ended up closing with not one, but two vehicles! He and his finance buddy, Brian were both great. Highly recommend!
