The VANILLA SHAKE comes with extra on the side in a frosty silver mixing cup. A super flaky and unique pastry tops the POT PIE over a delicious savory filling. The GREEK SALAD is totally fresh. Plentiful servings all around from the nicely varied MENU to satisfy all tastes & preferences. And the SERVICE is phenomenal! We had ANTHONY - clearly a top pro waiter. Totally attentive, kind, accommodating, fast and unobtrusive. We dined at Buckhorn Exchange and had a wonderful experience overall. We ordered the quail and the bone-in ribeye. The quail was perfectly prepared—tender, flavorful, and clearly done with care. The ribeye was cooked beautifully, though the seasoning was a bit on the lighter side for our taste. That said, the quality of the meat was excellent. What truly stood out was the service—absolutely flawless from start to finish. Attentive, friendly, and professional. I am writing a review for the holiday dinner package I picked up for Christmas .. I just finished my last frozen meal from it… and every bite was still pretty damn good after a couple months in the freezer !!!!!. I have lost count how many meals it provided … ballpark it fed 6 + leftovers for 4 for another two days + 5 more frozen meals I prepared since. Every dish was well thought out - easy to prep with instructions- and insanely delicious.Service here is impeccable- they make you feel like family, comfortable, and sophisticated all at once. If I had to pick favorites, it would probably be the eggplant fries, paella, and goat cheese croquettes. I don't usually like eggplant but the crispiness of the fries really improved the texture and the sauce was so good.All three desserts were fantastic. I'm not sure that I can pick a favorite.Linger was previously my favorite restaurant in Denver and now it might be El Five. The avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the juice tasted bright and refreshing—exactly what you want to start the day.I sat at the bar, and Ryan, the bartender from Wisconsin, was fantastic. With our first home, we knew what we wanted and it was easy but our second home we were exploring out of our comfort zones a bit. Josh was so helpful in navigating areas we would like or not like and being patient with us as we viewed many homes. Although we knew the process of buying a home, we had never sold a house before. Trying to do both during a pandemic was a daunting task. To make things even harder, we were already set on moving to a very specific neighborhood, despite low inventory around the Denver metro. And that’s why we’re so glad we found Jesse Dixon and Ryan Penn at 360 Dwellings. Jesse was always at the ready when new listings showed up. He set up viewings quickly and even found an off-market opportunity when there were no new listings for a few weeks. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, and gave us great advice throughout the process.
