I have been a happy, strong and injury free Protocol Student for 13+ years. What I love the most about the Protocol is the people, from the coaches to the students who are committed to building a community of healthier, stronger individuals. The classes are small, which allows for all students to receive personalized instruction/feedback. Jerry and his team emphasize proper technique and to listen to our bodies, I attribute that to being able to walk out of the gym pain/injury free every week even as I get older.
When I first called 13+ years Jerry it was so I could walk up the stairs without getting winded, little did I know that call would change my life. I went from being a little lady who could barely walk to still being a little lady who can now do pushups, pull ups, is proficient using kettlebells and can deadlift 2x her body weight. The Protocol has made me stronger, healthier and more confident. I feel blessed to have found a community that I now call my second family
