This place is so much more than a gym or workout program! The Protocol Strength & Conditioning and their staff have become more like family. When I was searching for a gym to join, I stumbled across The Protocol, and I am so glad I did! I realized quickly how special this place is when the owner, Jerry, called me directly and inquired into my goals and lifestyle. He spent a large amount of time just getting to know me and making me feel welcome. Once I was inside the gym, I saw quickly that this is a team effort to reach my goals. The one on one sessions at the beginning really set the tone for how amazing this program is and how much can be achieved by just showing up. They do all the heavy lifting by crafting the program week by week and providing ongoing support and encouragement. Jerry and the instructors truly care about each client and their individual goals. This place is special and I feel lucky to have found them!

I have been a happy, strong and injury free Protocol Student for 13+ years. What I love the most about the Protocol is the people, from the coaches to the students who are committed to building a community of healthier, stronger individuals. The classes are small, which allows for all students to receive personalized instruction/feedback. Jerry and his team emphasize proper technique and to listen to our bodies, I attribute that to being able to walk out of the gym pain/injury free every week even as I get older. When I first called 13+ years Jerry it was so I could walk up the stairs without getting winded, little did I know that call would change my life. I went from being a little lady who could barely walk to still being a little lady who can now do pushups, pull ups, is proficient using kettlebells and can deadlift 2x her body weight. The Protocol has made me stronger, healthier and more confident. I feel blessed to have found a community that I now call my second family
