I’ve been training at F45 for about a year now, and it’s been a strong experience from start to present. The programming is challenging, structured, and balanced between strength and conditioning, which keeps progress consistent without feeling repetitive.
What truly sets this studio apart is the coaching team. Jacob, Nat, Sydney, Taylor, Hayley, Diana, Tayler, and Nick each bring their own individual style to the floor. You can feel the difference in approach from coach to coach, and that variety makes the sessions dynamic and engaging. They challenge you, correct form when needed, and know when to push you further. They bring professionalism, intensity, and encouragement in a way that makes you want to show up and push harder each session.
