Jay is extremely professional, dependable, reliable, courteous, efficient, and has outstanding customer service.
He went above and beyond the call of duty and met all my repairs in an expeditious manner. I have called on him twice thus far and he scheduled me in like it was nothing. He gave me vital information that could have caused future harm for free, and this was after he assisted that he look at my value cover.
I don't let anyone work on my vehicles, and usually my vehicles go to the dealership. But I've saved money and time with Jay.

I think his costs and value are too low, if you ask me. He's charging Dollar General's prices when he could charge Louis Vuitton prices.
