Well it happened... I'm going out of my way to give an AMAZING review for a car repair shop. A type of business I always assume is ripping me off or lying to me in some way.. but not Sloan's! We've taken our cars to Sloan's a few times due to their proximity to our house. But the last time we went in made us customers for life. There was a miscommunication over some TPMS sensors in our car, and we ended up asking them to stop the work, as the bill was getting higher and higher. Days later, we got a call from Sloan's apologizing for the communication error, and a promise to make it right. I won't go into the details of the conversation, but I couldn't believe they took the time to call a customer who had already paid and left, just to offer to make it right. I was already pretty sure that we would continue to take our cars back to Sloan's, but now I go out of my way to tell everyone I know to patronize this place. Great people. Great service. Five Stars.

First time taking my car to Sloan’s Automotive and glad I did. My friend and my brother have had their vehicles serviced there over the years and gave high recommendations. Since I have a limited edition VW convertible, I had taken her to the Service Department at the dealership in the past, mostly because I thought only their service would count towards proper upkeep. But since my car is 10 years old and has barely 30,000 miles I decided to give Sloan’s a go. I could not have had a better experience! The friendly crew was awesome! They handled my car with care and gave her a complete inspection. We found a couple of areas that need attention to which I will have done with Sloan’s. I trust them as they were very thorough with explaining to me what needed to be addressed and did not try to scare or guilt me into further services. I will be returning to Sloan’s and now feel comfortable knowing that my car will be well taken care of. Thanks to all the members of the Sloan’s team!

I brought my mother in laws VW Sportwagen to Sloan’s for some labor intensive work and the experience was great. At Sloan’s they kept me up to date on everything, explained to me what needed to be fixed and why. They completed the work quickly. When the work was done we had some logistical issues getting there to pick up the car and they arranged an Uber Service for my mother in law. I worked directly with Johnny and he was a master at customer service. Great shop. Will use them in the future

What I appreciated most was their thoroughness; they provided a detailed report that covered my immediate repair needs, which was replacing my truck's U-joints, while also highlighting things I should consider down the road. I was an exhaust &brake mechanic in the 80' &early 90's. I have a hard time letting anyone work on my 2010 Ranger. I had new tires on and wanted to have the alignment checked. They checked it and it was spot on. Alignments are one of those things for shops can tell you about anything and you have no way of knowing it's the truth. Well they are super honest at Sloan's and I highly recommend them! A+
