There was no pushy salesman telling you that you had to sign a contract right away to secure a price that was waaayyy to high. From everyone in the show room, Austin who completed the original quote, Angel and his crew for the install, Ralph for his work when we had scratches on three windows and Jeremy and Carlos, the replacement crew that installed the new glass, Chris, Brittany and Karen in the office, you all were so courteous, professional and personable throughout the whole process.
Even though we had some issues, Open Enclose made sure that we were happy with everything.
