We just used Rite Way for the first time because we had a coupon. We had a leaky toilet and needed a new kit put in the tank. Kenva came out and took care of that and did an excellent job. He also snaked out our washing machine back up flow because it was backing up. Then James Corcoran the sewer technician came out. He suggested we have our kitchen sink pipes and washing machine pipes descaled so we thought that was a good idea. Cory Eiler and JD Muma came out and did the descaling and took out our garbage disposal and put in new pipes under the sink. Then a leak was discovered in the wall behind the cupboards next to the sink. They thought we would have to wait until Monday but they had the pipes and James said they could do it that day. I was thrilled that they were willing to spend all day with us and then do that. They did the clean up and covered the hole in the wall that they had to cut in order to put in new pipes. They were very professional and friendly and did great work. I

Brian Curtis (Brian1976)

Just had an entire HVAC system replaced including replacing old duct work and cutting new holes for new registers. Brian the Project Manager was fine. Had a few issues mostly taken of Communication Could have been better. Special Shout out to the guys that did the actual work. Mikyes and Preston. No project ever goes exactly as planned. You need good people on the ground to overcome and thrive in those situations. That’s what Mikyes and Preston did. Those guys showed up early stayed late to make sure the project was finished in two days. They had to redesign most of the inside equipment coming up with a new game plan. They also found a King Snake under my old condenser and didn’t freak out and kill it. They let it retreat back into my yard where it will provide rodent control for years to come. So once again Mikyes and Preston 10/5. They took the time to explain all the new systems to me and the safety protocols. Mikyes and Preston You guys are the best. Thanx for all your hard work.
