I have been relying on NEG for the past year or so, after having a poor experience with a local company.The NEG did an initial annual check-up and maintenance in the spring, followed by a battery replacement and yesterday another troubleshoot with a voltage regulator. First of all, they are super prompt and they will dispatch a tech within days at most, usually 24-48 hours. In my case, Scott has been the tech coming over which is nice as he knows the generator in and out, and it's nice getting to know the person coming to your house. Even my dog got super friendly with him and seems to love Scott so it's nice to have the same tech providing support and assistance.Second, the company really tries to work with the customer, and Max has been very accommodating and helpful with everything. He's always easy to reach and responsive when he's not available over the phone.All in all, NEG is a goo and reputable company that I look forward to working with in the future.
