Northeast Generator installed my Generac 20kw Standby Generator almost 14 years ago, and have always provided great service. Most recently ants got into my generator's control panel requiring it to essentially be rebuilt. When Northeast was done, the generator was like new. Always a reasonable response time when responding to any issues, which is so important, especially if you live where power can go out any time.

Northeast Generator is a first-class operation. We've been using them for annual service since installation almost 10 years ago. They arrive on-time and do a quality service of our unit. The generator is obviously something that must be kept n good-working order. Servicing the unit cannot be done when the power goes out!! I'm happy to have a trustworthy vendor do the annual tune-up required.

I have been relying on NEG for the past year or so, after having a poor experience with a local company.The NEG did an initial annual check-up and maintenance in the spring, followed by a battery replacement and yesterday another troubleshoot with a voltage regulator. First of all, they are super prompt and they will dispatch a tech within days at most, usually 24-48 hours. In my case, Scott has been the tech coming over which is nice as he knows the generator in and out, and it's nice getting to know the person coming to your house. Even my dog got super friendly with him and seems to love Scott so it's nice to have the same tech providing support and assistance.Second, the company really tries to work with the customer, and Max has been very accommodating and helpful with everything. He's always easy to reach and responsive when he's not available over the phone.All in all, NEG is a goo and reputable company that I look forward to working with in the future.
