We absolutely love True Food Kitchen! My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now, have brought several family members, recommend it to everyone we know, and it has truly become our favorite place to eat out. We drive all the way from Berthoud, and it is worth the trip!We both have multiple food allergies and special dietary restrictions, which usually makes dining out stressful and rare for us. True Food Kitchen has completely changed that experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination, avoid seed oils, and offer so many gluten-free and dairy-free options. The kitchen is an open concept, so you can see the food preparation, which makes it an exciting atmosphere. For the first time in a long time, we feel normal going out to eat and that means so much to us.The food is consistently delicious.
