The Store Manager is responsible for managing and developing the team, ensuring an elevated customer experience, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities Management of store targets and Guiding the team to achieve Enhancing customer satisfaction and building

Guiding the team to achieve commercial targets and maintain qualitative standards
Enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
Ensuring store merchandising assortment and visual display standards
Driving Omni channel sales and monitoring industry trends

Building relationships with the local community and acting as a Brand Ambassador
Management of store targets and sales performance through KPI analysis
Conveying the brand's vision and heritage to colleagues and clients
Attracting, managing, developing, and empowering the team

Required Skills & Experience Fluency in local language and Minimum of 5 years management Strong communication skills and problem-solving

Fluency in local language and additional language knowledge is a plus
Minimum of 5 years management experience in retail
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management and flexibility to work varied hours
