Responsibilities Lead sales performance, drive occupancy, Champion Prospect-Centered Selling, conduct visits, Ensure consistent execution of sales

including leading sales performance, coaching teams, analyzing market trends, and managing sales incentives
Ensure consistent execution of sales best practices, manage incentives, and oversee training
Sales and Business Development in the Real Estate industry

Champion Prospect-Centered Selling, conduct visits, lead strategy calls, and analyze market trends
Lead sales performance, drive occupancy, revenue, and sales effectiveness

Success in driving occupancy, revenue, and sales performance across multiple communities
Proven experience in senior living sales, strong coaching skills, and business acumen
Highly organized, adaptable, willing to travel, and support communities when needed
Strong communication skills, leadership presence, and willingness to travel

A leader with strategic thinking, consistent execution, and accountability for results
Deep understanding of sales process management, CRM utilization, and market analysis
Experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and lease-up models
