What We're Looking For We're looking for a product advisor with deep manufacturing industry/software domain expertise to help define and deliver our manufacturing-focused software solutions. What You'll Do Leveraging your deep manufacturing industry and software expertise, shape and influence software product direction for manufacturing-focused capabilities within Unanet's platform, informing capabilities, design, and roadmap prioritization Translate manufacturing workflows into software functionally by partnering with Product Management to define requirements grounded in real-world use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, material planning, production orchestration) Ensure product-market fit by bringing deep understanding of manufacturing operations into software product decisions, functionality, and design Drive AI-enabled innovation, identifying and guiding practical applications of AI that improve automation, insight generation, and decision-making for our customers Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine product direction Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to validate solutions, support launches, and drive adoption Who You Are 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with emphasis in discrete, complex project manufacturing (e.g., aerospace, defense) Deep understanding of the "jobs to be done" for manufacturing software users (e.g., demand forecasting, material sourcing, work package orchestration) Ability to clearly articulate complex industry concepts to Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders Forward-thinking perspective on integrating AI/automation into manufacturing software solutions, grounded in real-world applicability Bachelor's degree Your Differentiators Previous experience translating industry workflows into shipped software products or features Demonstrable ability to think and operate strategically, including anticipating future trends based on manufacturing industry expertise Previous experience in manufacturing-focused GovCon Our Values We are a Team.
