Who This Role Is For

Required Skills & Experience 0-2 years of experience in Strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Excellent communication skills and proficiency

0-2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or related areas
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in outreach methods
Hands-on training in TikTok Shop creator management
Direct mentorship from Spotlight leadership

Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator economy
Highly organized with a data-curious mindset
