Partner with senior leadership on client acquisition while focusing on planning, communication, and retention Role emphasizes relationship management over sales
Serve as the primary point of contact for 200 to 250 client households Provide ongoing financial planning across retirement, investment, tax, and estate considerations Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication Conduct client meetings, reviews, and planning discussions Collaborate with senior advisors and internal team members on client strategies Ensure high responsiveness, organization, and follow-through in client interactions Support client retention and enhance overall client experience Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm best practices
3 to 7+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills Series 65 or 66 required CFP® designation strongly preferred or actively pursuing Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a high volume of client relationships
