Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager - Digital Transformation/Initiatives: On behalf of our banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager - Digital Transformation/Initiatives for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3–4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager - Digital Transformation/Initiatives - Job Description: This project focuses on transitioning the IB Retail Portfolio Initiatives from a portfolio management focus to a project management focus. The Bilingual Project Manager will assist in managing high-priority projects within the portfolio, currently in the planning phase, with an expected duration of one year.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across regions
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager - Digital Transformation/Initiatives - Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager - Digital Transformation/Initiatives – Nice-to-Have Skills
3–5 years of experience managing business-driven technology projects in banking or financial services
Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) demonstrating agile delivery experience
Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments
