About this role

Lead the finance team in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans, and scenario analyses. Oversee monthly/quarterly close processes, financial statement preparation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), and consolidated reporting.

Provide variance analysis, performance metrics, and actionable insights to leadership on revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow. Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, banking relationships, and capital allocation decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and financial models to track business health and identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with operations, sales, and executive teams to support pricing strategies, cost control, profitability initiatives, and growth planning
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, banking relationships, and capital allocation decisions
  • Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and integration for potential acquisitions or expansions
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly close processes, financial statement preparation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), and consolidated reporting
  • Provide variance analysis, performance metrics, and actionable insights to leadership on revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  • coordinate external audits and tax filings

Required Skills & Experience

  • Partner with operations, sales, and executive teams to support pricing strategies, cost control, profitability initiatives, and growth planning
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, cash flow management, and strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, planning software)
  • Minimum 5--7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 1-3 years in a director/manager-level role
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure
