Delivery Driver I

Responsible for supporting warehouse operations through delivery, warehouse transfers,

storing, and picking orders.

Adheres to and exemplifies behaviors aligned with company core values: We Work with Passion & Purpose (Ho'ohana), We Choose to Do What is Right (Pono), We Work Together (Laulima), We Care (Mālama), We Take Ownership & Responsibility (Kuleana) Fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration among team members Responsible for following all departmental direction and adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), food safety, and operational policies Learn and follow safety procedures, participate in training for safe operation of equipment Assist in generating, pulling, and committing purchase orders Inspect outgoing orders for accuracy Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products Safely load and unload vehicles Distribute mail and parcels accurately Operate vehicles and warehouse equipment safely Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues Record delivery information and report incidents Support manufacturing departments and maintain sanitation controls Transport materials between warehouses and storage areas Utilize technology for communication and record-keeping

Perform other assigned duties including housekeeping

Represents the company brand image and shares aloha to all stakeholders Possession of valid driver's license Minimum of 3 years driving experience with a clean driving record Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles Ability to obtain DOT

Medical Card Able to understand and follow instructions, communicate efficiently Forklift experience preferred Professional disposition and customer service skills Physical Demands Employee must meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment Occasional exposure to gas pump fumes and vehicle exhaust Ability to lift varying weights and work in different conditions Required to operate equipment and work in cold temperatures Must be able to work at heights and maneuver over uneven ground
