Part-Time AP/Staff Accountant

Kforce's client is seeking a Part-Time AP/Staff Accountant in Needham, MA.

Process accounts payable transactions and review invoices for accuracy Provide general accounting and administrative support Assist with month-end close activities as needed Support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced

Partner with accounting leadership on routine tasks and priorities Take initiative to identify issues and follow through on solutions Requirements: Experience with accounts payable and basic general accounting functions Proficiency with common accounting or expense management software Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data entry)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
