The Opportunity We're looking for a Director of Product to lead the execution of our product vision and play a central role in shaping the future of our business.

This is a senior leadership position where you'll own the product lifecycle end-to-end---from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launching, iterating, and scaling solutions that customers love. You'll work cross-functionally to align teams, pilot new ideas with some of the largest customers in the industry, and develop innovative revenue models---all while building a clear, data-driven product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Identify, validate, and launch new products---aiming to deliver at least one market-shaping innovation per year
Accelerate improvements to existing products and bring enhancements to market quickly
Lead the development and execution of a multi-year product strategy
Architect and evolve revenue models tied to digital offerings

Drive innovation in digital product features to improve compliance outcomes and subscription growth
Develop and communicate a clear, unified product roadmap across teams
Introduce data-driven insights and thought leadership initiatives
Partner with key customers to pilot and refine new solutions

Compensation &
$180,000 -- $220,000 base salary + annual performance bonus Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee coverage) 4% employer 401(k) match Generous PTO (up to 4 weeks annually) 9 paid holidays Employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance Life insurance
