Perform in-depth analyses, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable strategies Synthesize complex data and present insights clearly and concisely What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Math/Stats (MBA a plus)

Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking expertise (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks a plus) Fundamental understanding of key financial and retail metrics
