We use Mop Stars for biweekly cleans at our wood countertop manufacturing shop. They're great about keeping to scheduled cleans or communicating any delays/adjustments needed. Considering there's typically a fine layer of dust on all surfaces at all times, they do a great job at maintaining a (visually) dust-free environment. We don't have direct contact with our cleaners since they work outside of our office hours, but our sales contact Guy has always been kind and professional. I have change my rating to a 4 from a 3.I specifically chose this company based on reviews. They were not the cheapest and had good communication. The team showed up on time and were here for 4.5 hours. This was for a deep clean before we put our house on the market. Overall it was cleaned but would not call this a “deep clean” service. Most of the molding was untouched. The interior oven was not touched. The tile flooring upstairs had multiple dirt marks that came up easily when we wiped them. The experience with 5280 Exteriors was exceptional from start to finish for our siding project. Tim (sales rep) was amazing from the beginning with our numerous questions. His responses were quick and professional. Bryce (owner) was helpful in ensuring the items we wanted in this project were included in the initial directions to the PM and crew. Matias, Marvin, Steve and the crew were the best we could ask for. The women and men who were here daily were meticulous and ensured every aspect of the job was done perfectly. Debbie was extremely helpful in ensuring the billing was handled correctly and very delightful to talk to. Overall, we could not be more pleased. We really love the siding.
