I've been meaning to update this review for some time now. They reached back out to me and provided explanation without making any excuses - and owned the issue. Mistakes happen. They didn't ask me to do anything in return but did, in fact, rectify the situation over a month ago. I now have my ring, done, the way we had originally planned to do it. The workmanship is great.
I spoke with the shop owner for 10 minutes when we met again to get the job done and am certainly left with the impression that he is very much a professional in this field. Again, mistakes happen and my job fell through the cracks, much like me updating this review fell through the cracks for about a month. The work they do, however, is verifiable good.

I was looking for a custom elk ivory wedding ring and after multiple jewelers told me they would not be able to make me what I wanted, Neil ensured he would be able to make it, and boy did he deliver. His customer service is amazing and the attention to detail on this ring is unmatched. Also, he was able to get it back to me very quickly so I could wear it at the NFR in Vegas.
