EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW (and change of rating from one to four stars): Within 24 hours of posting the below review, I received a call from the Assistant Manager, Jillian. Jillian was exceptional. She invited me back in to make the situation right. Turns out the ring wasn’t sized correctly — and she is committed to helping me get it sized to where it should be. Her customer service was excellent. She was friendly, personable, informative, and helpful. Kay took a very unfavorable situation and made it better. Thanks Jillian! After many years of not being able to wear my ring, I brought it to Kay in Nampa. I paid $60 to resize it and was told when selecting a size that it should fit tightly and take “two to three pulls” to get it off. The employee also watched me do this. When picking up the ring, I was told the same, and was also told if it didn’t fit how I wanted it to, to bring it back in.
