I wanted to take a moment to send you a personal note now that our project is complete. I felt it was
important to share my experience and let you know just how wonderful your team is. I thoroughly
enjoyed working with them, and it’s clear you lead a group of truly dedicated and talented people.
First, I want to highlight Brittney. She was absolutely WONDERFUL. From our very first meeting, we
connected so naturally. She gave me the space to share my vision and photos, truly listening to
what I wanted and how I dreamed of transforming my space. She was so easy to work with, and we
built a genuine rapport. I felt like we fed off each other’s ideas, making the overall project even
better. I walked away from this experience with so much respect and appreciation for her. You have
a gem in Brittney.
I also need to praise Jared and Braden. They consistently treated both us and our home with the
utmost respect. Even on the long days, they always took the time to answer our questions and never
